JSDHO (unit of the voluntary fire brigade of the municipality) - it is an organizational unit, the founder of which is the municipality or city. At the head of this unit is the unit commander, who is responsible from his position to the mayor. This component is completely dependent on the budget of the municipality and all technology, equipment and armament acquired for the activities of this unit IS THE PROPERTY OF THE MUNICIPALITY! The operation of this unit is purely REPRESSIVE! However, there is a certain connection between organizations. The members of the intervention unit of the municipality are selected from the SHD membership base, because from an early age these people are led not only to preventive but also repressive activities in the field of fire protection and rescue. The founder of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit of the village of Sobíňov (hereinafter referred to as the "unit") is the village of Sobíňov. The municipality thus fulfills its obligation pursuant to Section 29 of Act No. 133/1985 Coll. on fire protection as amended. The unit performs fire fighting, rescue work during natural disasters and other emergencies and performs tasks of protection of the population and other tasks pursuant to Act No. 239/2000 Coll., On the integrated rescue system and on the amendment of certain acts, in its territorial district. Members of this unit are also members of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Sobíňov, which is a branch of the Association of Firefighters of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
