Corps commander

- if it is not the same person, cooperates with the commander of the SDH unit of the municipality, appointed by the founder

- cooperates in the training of members of the SDH unit of the municipality and other members for inclusion in the unit being prepared

- proposes SDH members to fulfill the status of the SDH unit of the municipality and create the necessary advances

- participates in the readiness of the unit, mobile fire equipment and material resources,

- is responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational safety of SDH members, for maintaining the entrusted and own SDH technology

- participates in cooperation with the (municipality) founder, in ensuring the documentation of the municipality, the fire regulations of the municipality, the functionality of fire reporting, maintenance of water resources, etc.

- participates in the processing of reports for the founders (municipal council), state administration bodies and superior bodies of SH ČMS, is responsible for compliance with the uniform regulations

- represents the mayor in matters entrusted to him

Unit Commander - appointed by the municipal office
• The commander of the corps handles all matters related to the participation of the corps in fire protection and represents in these matters in negotiations with municipal authorities, natural and legal persons. • manages the activities of the fire protection unit to the extent provided by law and decrees in the field of fire protection

• organizes the training of members according to the assigned topics for individual years and is responsible for their level of implementation, for the actionability of the intervention unit and the entrusted fire equipment

• keeps documentation on the professional training of members, checks the book of operation of fire equipment, fuel and lubricant consumption kept by the engineer

• checks the state of fire equipment, equipment and armaments, water resources and proposes measures of municipalities to eliminate deficiencies, including a proposal for the possible decommissioning of funds from the use and purchase of new

• participates in training, including verification of knowledge within set deadlines
