Mayor of the choir

He is a statutory body and a representative of the body, which represents the

negotiations with other bodies and organizations.

- signs the documents of the choir

- decides on matters entrusted to him by the ward committee

- prepares the meetings of the committee and ensures the implementation of its decisions

- handles routine matters of church management

- is responsible for compliance with the Articles of Association and for the elaboration and implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the General Meeting of the Board and higher bodies

- is responsible for the proper management of the property of the church and the property entrusted to the care of other bodies and organizations

- reports on its activities at the next committee meeting

- is responsible for informing the membership of the church and assessing or discussing the suggestions and proposals of members of the church

- takes care of the overall development of the church

- is responsible for the cooperation of the choir with other organizations and associations.

During the mayor's absence or in delegated matters, the mayor is represented by the authorized deputy mayor. If the deputy mayor is not appointed, the mayor is represented by an authorized member of the ward committee.
