Housekeeper (treasurer)
- is responsible to the Board Committee for compliance with all legal regulations and directives related to management
- keeps the accounts of the Board in accordance with the Accounting Act
- submits accounting documents for approval and signature to the mayor of the church
- collects membership fees for members of the choir, keeps an accurate overview of them and, within the set deadline, pays membership fees in the specified amount to OSH
- keeps records of shares (HVP, etc.)
- keeps records of all property of the church, etc.
- submits all documents on the management of the church and the property of the church on request to the auditor of the church and other control and revision bodies
- is responsible for the processing of tax returns or other forms in accordance with applicable legislation, their submission to the mayor of the church and timely submission to the relevant authorities
- prepares an overview of the property and liabilities of the church and submits it for publication at the Registry Court
